Restore an App Store purchase
Get back an App Store subscription on a new Mac or after reinstalling LuraVPN.

Restore your purchase if you bought LuraVPN through the App Store and your plan doesn’t show, for example on a new Mac or after reinstalling the app.
- Make sure you’re signed in to the App Store with the Apple Account you used to buy the subscription.
- Sign in to LuraVPN with your LuraVPN account.
- Open Preferences › Account › Open subscription.
- Select Restore purchases and wait for it to finish.
If you’ve just paid, the payment may still be being confirmed. Wait a few minutes and check again.
