Purchases through the App Store or Google Play
Subscriptions bought in the App Store or Google Play are managed by that store. Here’s where to manage them.

If you subscribed through Apple’s App Store or Google Play, that store handles your billing, receipts and renewals. Change or cancel the subscription in the store; it can’t be changed on luravpn.com.
App Store
- In the Mac app, open Preferences › Account › Open subscription and select Manage in App Store.
- Or open your App Store subscriptions directly.
- Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple through Report a Problem.
Google Play
Manage the subscription in your Google Play subscriptions, signed in with the Google account you used to buy it.
