Manage your account and sign-in security
Edit your profile, change your password, turn on two-step verification, manage devices or close your account.

Your profile
Edit your profile in Account in your dashboard, or in the desktop app under Preferences › Account. Your email address can’t be changed there; to change it, contact support.
Sign-in and security
Sign-in & security is where you:
- Change your password, and choose whether to sign out everywhere else.
- Turn on two-step verification with an authenticator app, and save your recovery codes.
- See where you’re signed in and sign out of a session you don’t recognise.
- See your devices and how many can be signed in at once.
In the desktop app, Preferences › Account › Connected devices lets you rename, forget or sign out devices. Sign out under Session disconnects the VPN on that computer and signs it out.
Close your account
You can close your account from Account in your dashboard, or in the app under Preferences › Account › Account actions. We ask you to confirm it’s you first. Closing your account explains what happens.
